Nylon-Overcoated and Self-Adhesive Wires Simplify Assembly, Boost Reliability

Wires with a final nylon overcoat provide excellent lubricity and abrasion resistance for automated winding. Meanwhile, self-adhesive (bondable) wires, when heated, fuse adjacent windings into a solid bundle. Both technologies reduce or eliminate the need for secondary impregnation varnishes, speeding up production and improving the mechanical integrity of finished coils.
